Dr. Squatch’s CEO hired SplitBase to increase conversions and revenue when the brand was still in the low 8-figures. With significant Meta and YouTube ad budgets, and 5 years later, a Super Bowl ad, it was critical for the brand to be able to convert website visitors into customers at the lowest acquisition costs possible.

How much do your services cost?
Our pricing varies based on your needs and your current order volume. For example, the more orders you get per month, the shorter the test periods have to last, and the more tests we can launch.
We charge a monthly retainer, and we only work with brands we can provide a minimum 3x ROI. Clients often get up to 15x ROI in their first few months. Contact us so we can determine pricing for your brand.
How soon will I start seeing results?
Many clients see results within the first few weeks of working together, but we always say to expect at least three months to get the program to a solid state where it produces results.
What kind of results can I expect?
Over the course of a year, clients typically see results ranging from 6 to 7 figures in additional revenue generated from optimization.
Is there a time commitment for working together?
Just like SEO or content marketing, conversion optimization is not a tactic you do once and then you’re done with. The more you do it, the more you learn about what works and what doesn’t, and the more you get value from it - it’s like cumulative interests.
CRO is most effective when done for a minimum of 3 months, which is our minimum commitment.
We recommend clients to budget for at least 6 months to get the program to maturity. Most clients stay with us for 1.5+ years.
What does reporting look like?
When we start working together, we’ll provide you with access to a custom dashboard where you can follow the progress of every single test we run on your website: what’s planned, what’s in progress, what’s running, and what’s concluded.
For every test, we create test reports that track the performance of key metrics such as conversion rate, AOV, add-to-cart, bounce rate, and anything else that might be relevant to the test. Each report is segmented by device type and may be segmented by other customer segments as needed.
Through your dashboard, you will have access to the summary of each test, as well as the full report with raw data, trend lines, statistical info, and so on. We present reports and results on our weekly calls.
What kind of support will we be getting?
All of our clients get access to a private Slack channel with unlimited access to our team. Our optimization managers will also lead weekly or bi-weekly calls with your team to provide conversion coaching, progress updates, and discuss new ideas and insights.

A lot. We don’t limit ourselves to UX or copy changes. We also test offers, landing pages, bundles, pricing, funnels, and more.
