Frequently asked questions

How many tests per month will you launch?

Most of the time we’ll use Replo, which, once your landing page is built, makes it super easy for you or your marketing team to move or edit sections, text, images or products. With Replo, you can also duplicate your landing pages to create multiple versions in just a few clicks, If you’d prefer to have your page coded into your Shopify theme, we can do that too, and if you’re not on Shopify, we recommend that we build your pages on Webflow.

While some may recommend Unbounce, and our team has used it for the past 7 years, we don’t recommend it if you’re on Shopify as it lacks a solid integration. Some design elements can be difficult to re-create in Unbounce too, and brands don’t always love how Unbounce makes pages responsive.

Who comes up with what to test?

While Shopify landing pages are the most common, we can also help no matter which ecommerce platform you use. That said, if you use something other than BigCommerce or Shopify, we may need to discuss how you’d like those pages coded on your site. In this case, we recommend you book a call with us to discuss your needs before placing an order.

Will the tests match with my brand?

100%. Once the project is complete, we’ll send you all the files and you will be the owner of all the rights. Landing pages built in tools like Replo or Webflow will be built into your own account.

How long do each test have to run for?

It depends on what is being tested, which pages, and how much traffic the test is expected to receive. We don’t eyeball it; instead, we calculate the sample size and time requirements ahead of each test to ensure statistical soundness. Most tests run for 2 to 4 weeks.

What can you A/B test?

A lot. We don’t limit ourselves to UX or copy changes. We also test offers, landing pages, bundles, pricing, funnels, and more.

Who implements the tests on our website after they’re successful?

We’re flexible. If you already have a dev team you want to use for implementing our recommendations and winning A/B tests, we will provide you with the designs and instructions for your team to do so. Alternatively, if you’re on Shopify, we have a Shopify development team that can make changes to your theme and implement all winning tests without you having to lift a finger.

Do you have a guarantee?

Yes, we offer an ROI guarantee. We guarantee that our services will pay for themselves through the success of our CRO program. If we do not reach that point where our tests have generated more money than the price of our services, we will keep working free of charge until we reach that point for up to 3 additional months.

How long until I see results?

Many clients see results within the first few weeks of working together, but we always say to expect at least three months to get the program to a solid state where it produces results.

Which tools do you use to test?

After evaluating your website and your needs, we’ll recommend a few options based on what will best accomplish your objectives. That said, if you already have a tool installed that you’d like to use, we’re happy to use that as well.

Note that if you’re on Shopify, we most frequently recommend Intelligems or Visually. Otherwise, Convert.com and VWO are the two other options we use most.

Can you help increase AOV too?

Yes, introducing and testing upselling, cross-selling, and bundling with the goal of increasing AOV is one of our top priorities as part of an optimization program.
